Protecting the Environment

Being Green is very much in vogue.  It might roll off the tongue, but at alfresco. we endeavour to make sure it rolls off the production line too.

Crucially, we avoid transporting our ingredients or shipping our products by air, choosing rail or sea and a reduced carbon footprint instead.

We also work with the Fair Trade Association to source ingredients ethically, and are in the process of developing bio-degradable packaging for our products.

All of this means that the physical evidence of our work will stick around for much less time, although we hope that the taste and presentation of our drinks will linger long in the memory!
